NOVALICA
This is a three in one acrylic modified co-polymer opaque liquid solution. Which is used as a waterproof coat on terraces, balconies, sunken slabs and other area’s that are exposed to water. It can also be used as an additive with cement or plaster that helps prevent erosion caused due to chemical spillage
DAMPGUARD

WATERPROOF PU
This is a two pack polyurethane-based coating system. This simple application includes painting a mixture of two liquid components over the substrate using a paint brush to make it completely waterproof.
Cool Coat
This is a single pack aqueous aliphatic polyurethane paint with micro glass bubbles. Applied by brushing or spraying onto the exterior of roofs to reduce thermal conductivity and helps reflect the sun’s heat which in-turn keeps the rooms cool and comfortable and reduces air-conditioning cost.
CRYSTALLINE COMPOUND
A single chemical compound used to waterproof concrete. Mix the compound in water and brush it on concrete surfaces this steals the surface of concrete and makes it water resistant. Used in water-retaining-structure like Swimming Pools, Reservoirs, Sewers, Ponds, Tunnels, and Inspection Pits
S.B.R
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber
SBR is a polymer bonding aid and mortar additive. It is designed to improve the quantities of site-batched mortars and slurries. Being resistant to hydrolysis, it is ideal for internal and external applications in conjunction with cement
EPOXY SEALER 1000
Is a 100% solids impermeable epoxy system design for durable water proofing applications. Ideally suitable for sunken slabs, bathrooms, toilets, roof gardens and basements etc..
APP MEMBRANES
Atactic Polypropylene Membrane, is a special waterproofing material that is manufactured from Bitumen. It is a common waterproofing material used on concrete flat roofs (which are still roofs) or roofs with low pitch. Apart from concrete roofs and low pitched roofs, other areas of application are concrete gutters, basements and retaining walls
POLYSULPHIDE SEALENT
A two component Polysulphide sealant. It is used for sealing expansion joints where large movement is anticipated in concrete construction and for joints between diverse construction materials. It is suitable for sealing joints subjected to vehicular traffic and is chemically resistant to water, fuels, oils and solvents.
POLYURETHANE SEALANT
A liquid based application used in filling vertical or horizontal expansion joints that helps enter nooks and crevices of uneven concrete surface and fills it up perfectly. It best performs as a waterproofing and sealing application as compared to any other material.
EPOXY SEALANT
A two components (Resin and Hardener) compound that has very high bonding and corrosion resistant system and is a high-strength formula for anchoring and doweling in cracked and uncracked concrete / Metal / Wood and P.V.C. products, used in bore packing, skirting construction joint, honey combs, parapet wall joint and heavy-duty flooring.
EPOXY TILE GROUT
A two component, water resistant epoxy professional system, ideal for the high chemical and mechanical resistance grouting of joints from 2 to 15 mm on flooring and walls, on homogeneous tiles, glass mosaic, ceramic tiles and natural stone, Floors and tile coverings in the Food, Chemical and Manufacturing industries, Environments that must be sterile and have a high mechanical resistance.
EPOXY GROUT FOUNDATION
It is a three component epoxy based free flow grout specially formulated for heavy dynamic loads or mobile loads are encountered and chemical resistance is also required. The 3 part system consists of epoxy resin, hardener and graded aggregates. It is widely used for Foundations of large compressors, pumps, turbines, rail grouting, keyways, inverted base plates, precast bridge sections, etc
CEMENTATIOUS GROUT
A free flowing shrinkage compensating grout mix supplied in grey powder form which needs only on site addition of water to form a ready to use grouting slurry. It is used for Machine foundations, Column Stanchion foundations, Grouting structural cut outs and recesses sanitary, fittings like floor traps, annular spaces of pipe passes through walls etc. it is also effectively used in bore packing works.
POLYURETHANE INJECTION
This is two component expanding type, solvent free polyurethane liquid chemical grouting material which is injected into cracks and voids to immediately stops water infiltration. The material is fast setting and reacts specifically under wet conditions to expand to several times its original volume. It permanently stops water which is infiltrating through Cracked or honey – combed concrete slabs, Tunnels and dams, etc
RUSKIL
It is a chemical compound used to remove the corrosion by chemical process ie., converting the rust into preventive Coating (CHELATION) it is a single component liquid applied by brush after removing the hard scales by mechanical means. After a couple of hours we can ensure the change in colour and that ensures the rust conversion. Ideally suitable to coat on the rusted RCC Bars and, any metallic corroded structures
COROGUARD
100% solids epoxy coating system specially developed anti – corrosive product, providing excellent chemical resistance on all metal surfaces like mild steel, stainless, alloy steel, cast iron etc., the product once coated by brush over the duly prepared metal surface provides a long lasing anti – corrosive layer thus protecting the base substrate from corrosion.
EPOXY BONDING AGENT
A two pack solvent free epoxy based bonding agent. The unique formulation gives excellent bonding properties to freshly mixed concrete/mortars, glazed bricks, tiles, etc., to old sound concrete. It is used as a bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete / mortar, to extend or repair structural concrete and can be used as a bonding agent of glazed brick, tiles, steel & structural members.
EPOXY MORTAR
It is a 3 component epoxy mortar for all types of concrete repairs, where quick turnaround is required. it has good chemical and abrasion resistance hence ideal for industrial units, automobiles units, textile units etc. it is used for repair in chemical industry, heavy industry, ramps, loading and unloading bays, paint shops, battery rooms, food processing plants etc. also used in Epoxy lining works and Epoxy Coving works.
FLEXIBLE EPOXY
A Flexible Epoxy Resin based Potting Compound with excellent thermal cycling properties. The General purpose Epoxy Potting Compounds when cured with Polyamine or Polyamide Hardeners cures to very hard mass with surface hardness of Shore D 80 and above. This cure will have good mechanical properties but the thermal cycling is very poor which leads to component failure due to stresses developed.
POLYMER BONG 1000
A modified styrene Butadiene copolymer aqueous dispersion, which is specially designed for modifying hydraulically setting agents, particularly cement mixtures. It is widely used as Bonding slurry between hardened concrete and fresh topping of the concrete or mortar. Cold joints between old and new concrete can be made strong and Non- permeable with bonding slurry consisting of POLYMER BOND 1000 and cement.
POLYMER MORTAR
Is a polymer modified cementatious heavy duty flooring and repair product for cementations applications. It has excellent adhesion to concrete / plaster, brick, stone and develops higher compressive and tensile strengths. Has high resistance to ingress of salts and it is non – toxic. Recommended for flooring for light industries, walks path, railway platforms and as a repair kits for flooring patches etc.
MICRO CONCRETE
It is supplied as a ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. This is specially designed for repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where areas is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is difficult or impossible. It is used for Repair to damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, wall etc
CRACK FILL
A specially formulated cement based polymer modified powder for filling cracks in plastered surfaces. It when mixed with water forms a creamy consistent paste which is easy to used for filling cracks in plastered surfaces. It is used for areas of application for Repairing of internal and external cracks in Plastered surfaces up to 5 mm X 5 mm size
ALUMINIUM HT COAT
A high temperature paint designed to build a hard lasting finish that will not burn off, chip or peel at high temperatures suitable for chimneys, kiln, stoves, heaters etc., it resists up to 350 º C.
HEAT GUARD
This is a single component, heat resistant coating available in different grade for service conditions in the range of 210º C, 410º C & 610º C that does not crack or peel off. Outstanding cathodic protection against humid and saline environment. It is used for Chimneys, Blowers, Burners, Boilers, Condensers, Driers, Exhausts, Kilns, Manifolds, Off shore rigs, Silencers, Radiator steam pipes, Generators and Solar heaters.
EPICOAT
A high performance acrylic based two pack Aliphatic isocyanides cured polyurethane paint, applied by brush or by spray give a totally impervious finish. It gives very tough wear resistant coating to withstand many fats, solvents and has good U.V.resistance. Suitable for outdoor application
COROGUARD
It is solvent less 100% solids epoxy for protecting rusted / new RCC Bars against severe corrosion. Can also be used to coat inside potable water tanks. This has equal bonding on metal, wood & concrete.
POLYURETHANE - ALIPHATIC
A two pack, air drying polyamide cured Epoxy finish Paint. It’s Protection has good chemical resistant and is specially suited for protection of equipment and machinery in Chemical Plants and Maintenance painting of structural steel in Chemical processing Industries. Also recommended for application on concrete floors to withstand mild spillage of dilute acid/alkalis.
POLYURETHANE - AROMATIC
A high performance two pack aromatic isocyanite cured polyurethane paint, applied by brush or by spray give a totally impervious finish. It gives very tough wear resistant coating to withstand many chemicals, fats and solvents. Suitable for Interior application
CHEMGUARD
A single pack, air drying modified chlorinated rubber based finishing paint. It is recommended for protection of structural steel and equipment exposed to mild chemical and saline environments. It is available in glossy and mat finish
ACID GUARD
It is a Chemical resistance, low viscosity solvent free epoxy coating system used for heavy duty corrosion protection. This system can be applied in chemical industries like Fertilizers, Paper, Textiles, food industries, ships, pipes, water treatment plants, sewage drains, etc. this can also used effectively as a Top coat in Epoxy Lining works.
Epoxy Injection Grout
A two component water insensitive, low viscous epoxy based injection grout, ideal for repairs of cracks in concrete, cement based renders. It is used for repairs, rehabilitation of structural members, to fill up cracks in roof slab, RCC walls and other structural members and for strengthening of RCC members in repairs. It is also used as a Secondary Injection system after the Polyurethane Injection Grouting.
